40 year storm hits!
Were we ready? I don't think anyone really thought it was going to happen. So much snow fell, that the plows and the city crews could not keep up.
Most neighborhoods became unpassable, snow berms 2-3' high made it impossible for most vehicles to turn from the main street to side streets. You couldn't even park on the side of the roads, due to so much snow buildup.
